Return Policy and Refunds

We are confident you'll be satisfied with your purchases, but contact us if for any reason you are not: we welcome your feedback and are dedicated to your complete music-making satisfaction.

All returns will be accepted within 30 days from ship date. DVDs and CDs can only be returned if in original packaging and the seal/label has not been broken. Defective CDs and DVDs are an exception to this rule.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.
